SON International has created two standardized forms that are now required to us when a lodge wishes to propose a resolution for the district convention. The thinking behind the creation of these forms is in a letter sent to SON members by International president Ron Stubbings.
Please download these forms from the 3D website to use for any resolutions your lodge may wish to propose. It is in PDF form, which will be easy for anyone to immediately view and/or print. Included are the instructions for how the forms are to be filled out and which form is appropriate to use.
