The convention room rate is $105 per night, plus 13% state and $1 occupancy taxes. Reservations must be made 30 days prior to event arrival. Rooms not reserved by this deadline will be released and made available for sale to the general public. If an attendee cancels a reservation this must take place 72 hours prior to event arrival. In addition, this rate will be available three days prior to the convention and three days following the convention.
The Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center is a beautiful six-story atrium hotel with award winning service and staff. Our hotel features 307 newly renovated guest rooms, including 11 new suites, each featuring complimentary in-room coffee, refrigerator/microwave, voice mail, 37-inch flat screen TVs, upgraded pillow top bedding and ultra modern bathrooms. Other amenities include outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, complimentary on-site high speed wireless internet access (throughout Hotel) and guest receptions held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. These receptions include open bar (beer, wine and soda) and heavy hors d’oeuvres. We also provide complimentary airport shuttle service 5:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. daily. The shuttle will also take attendees to requested local destinations.
